3. Duplicate Payments

If you were charged twice for the same course due to a payment error, please email us at payments@skpixelmedia.com with proof of the duplicate transaction. After verification, we will credit a full refund for the duplicate charge to original Payment Method within 10 – 20 days.

We are not responsible for purchases made accidentally, by a third party, or without the account holder’s consent. Ensure that your login details and payment methods are secure before making a purchase.

5. Course Cancellations by SK Pixel Media

In rare cases where we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive either:
